Since its establishment in 1875, the focus has been on high-quality feel-good fashion. Jacques Schiesser started the brand 145 years ago in the German town of Radolfzell on Lake Constance. SCHIESSER is all about the best wearing comfort with the finest materials. SCHIESSER creates the feel-good moment for everyone. In addition to women's and men's clothing, SCHIESSER also has clothing for the little ones. Underwear, nightwear, loungewear, swimwear, and everyday clothing for children.

Within four years, the staff increases to 280 employees. In 1890, the company expands with a number of branches. The staff then increases to 600 employees. In 1913, Schiesser passed away and his son-in-law took over the company with 1200 employees. This family business has seen many leaders. In 1936, Jean Schiesser, nephew of Jacques Schiesser, steps down and it is taken over by Walter Schellenberg, the first non-family member to lead the company.

Feelgood formula

SCHIESSER works with a feelgood formula. This means that the textiles consist of at least 95% cotton and a maximum of 5% elastane. This makes it wonderfully soft and comfortable to wear. The garments subtly adapt to the skin and move effortlessly with every movement. Their goal is to give back a piece of quality of life to those who wear SCHIESSER clothing.
